Conclusion
The Progressive Era was a time of change for most. Either changing for the good or for the bad, both had happened. Child Labor laws, Rockefeller, and Immigration are just a few of the many changes that happened in this era. As the name says, in the Progressive Era the countries progressed. They progressed in laws and in deciding what is better for the world or country than other things. They progressed in knowing what a good leader looks like and what a good role model looks like. The Progressive Era brought out the better people. It made people more honest and trustworthy. All in all the Progressive Era was a great time of change and progress.
The changes I covered in these articles are just a few of all the changes that happened. Changing child labor laws although was a big step in history, it still probably wasn't the most influential thing that happened during this time. Same with the Titans of Industry and Immigration laws and changes. These three things are all similar because they all changed history and how we view history. They all did things good for history and sometimes some things bad. They were different in the ways that they helped people and countries. Child Labor laws helped countries because they helped keep the children safe but it also lowered the amount of people allowed to work. Rockefeller changed history because from him we learned that we have to keep strict laws about business or people will take advantage of the laws. Finally Immigration changed our country because it allowed more people in to find jobs and homes and start their families.
